2. Services
DesignEx provides creative digital design services including website development, app development, photography, and videography. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in individual service contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered work product. DesignEx retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
4. Limitation of Liability
DesignEx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
